A small market is held twice a week and a larger market being held on the 5th of each month. There is plenty to do here in Bussière-Poitevine; the commune has many clubs – walking, football, running, fishing and many more. The nearest big towns are Montmorillon and Bellac 20 minutes in the car or 40 minutes you have Poitiers or Limoges. Poitiers and Limoges both have airports within an hour and regular flights from the UK. (Ryanair & Flybe).

Also nearby is Poitiers, this old historic city offers stunning beauty and sightseeing is a must, with its architecture and shopping you will need to relax at one of their many pavement restaurants or cafés. The local vicinity also hosts many forests and lakes.
